Dr. Lui was born in Hong Kong and raised in Southern California for the majority of his life. He obtained his medical education from Western University of Health Services in Pomona, California. Dr. Lui completed his Psychiatry residency training at Kaweah Delta and Child Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Arizona. He has been practicing in Bakersfield since he completed his training and is a core faculty member of the Kaweah Delta Psychiatry Residency Program.
Dr. Lui is a child at heart who enjoys video games and Marvel superheroes. He finds joy in a number of physical activities including weightlifting, basketball, snowboarding, swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and (last but not least) eating!
